A leading voice in literary theory, postcolonial studies, and feminist thought, and the recipient of the 2025 Holzberg Prize, Gayatri C. Spivak is University Professor in the Humanities at Columbia University (NYC) since 2007, and a founding member of the Institute for Comparative Literature and Society. She will deliver a public lecture in Utrecht on June 23.
