The NOG is part of the Council of Dutch Research Schools in the Humanities: LOGOS. These Research schools are responsible for offering courses and training for RMA students and PhD candidates in particular disciplines or fields of study – in addition to courses and training provided by local Graduate Schools. The NOG offers the following courses and masterclasses in 2024-2025 (list will be updated throughout the year) for PhD and RMA students affiliated with a LOGOS Research School:
- PhD course: Critical feminist and intersectional research methods in the Social Sciences (November 14-15, 2024; PhD)
- Workshop/Lecture with Dr. Brian Burkhart (November 20 & 26 2024; RMA)
- RMA Thematic course: ‘Gender, Sexuality and Generation: history van geslacht op geslacht’ (November-December 2024)
- Colloquium Basic Introduction to Gender History (continuously 2024-2025)
- Masterclass & Book Talk: ‘Decolonizing Feminist Futures: What kind of economies do we want?’ by Gisela Carrasco-Miró (January 13 & 14, 2025)
- Gender Studies Now: The Netherlands Research School of Gender Studies in Conversation (February & March 2025; registration before December, 2024; RMA only)
- NOISE 2025 (August 2025 – announcements will be published February/March 2025)
